Delivery

Cloud Comfort mattresses and bases are made to order, but our turnaround is prompt with the vast majority of orders dispatched within two weeks, and we aim to do all within four weeks. Whether you order over the net, by phone or fax, we will post out order confirmation, along with credit card slip.

We offer two delivery options:

Standard Doorstep Delivery:  free of charge to most mainland UK addresses for orders over £100.00, and suitable for memory foam mattresses, toppers, pillows and duvets. Click for full details

Special Bedroom Delivery: free for orders over £600.00 (otherwise a £25.00 supplement) delivery into your room of choice, essential for sprung mattresses and all bases, and a good idea if you cannot arrange to get a mattress into your room. Please note, this service is only available for orders including a mattress, base or frame. Click for full details

Customer Collection: customers can collect items from our factory near Cardiff, and in the case of mattress, base or frame orders we will deduct -£25.00 from the order value
