Refunds
We are very confident that our product is excellent. We are therefore very happy to say that if you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, divan base or frame purchase, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange to collect the item(s) and refund the amount paid less a return charge of £50, provided that:

The item(s) is in good condition and hygienic. You can, of course, have used and tested the mattress (we do not re-sell them!) but we do not want returns simply because it has been damaged through misuse. The item(s) is wrapped in original wrapping. |
Please note we are unable to give a refund on pillows, toppers or duvets unless they are unused an in original packaging.
